01 / The challengeA business run on spreadsheets
JT Evolutions was held together by scattered spreadsheets, one for clients, another for scheduling, others for the barns and horses they service. Nothing connected, so the same details were entered over and over and it was hard to see the whole operation at a glance.
Off-the-shelf CRMs didn't fit either. They're built for generic sales teams and assume a very different workflow from a farrier's day, and there was no clean way to give each farrier their own space as the business took on more of them.

We built a full custom, multi-tenant CRM from scratch, shaped entirely around how farriers operate. Every farrier gets their own private workspace with their own calendar, barns, horses, and clients, plus full create, read, update, and delete control over sale items like shoeings.
