AI Audit
The starting point. I map how your business actually runs, score every AI opportunity on value against effort, and hand you a prioritised roadmap with the numbers behind it.
The starting point →Hey, I'm Sam. I help small and mid-sized businesses work out where AI is actually worth the money, then I build it.
The starting point. I map how your business actually runs, score every AI opportunity on value against effort, and hand you a prioritised roadmap with the numbers behind it.
The starting point →A phased plan you can actually fund: what to build first, what it costs, what it returns, and what to deliberately leave alone until the basics are in place.
A plan you can fund →Agents that read, draft, decide, and act inside your real systems, with guardrails on what they touch and a human in the loop where it matters.
Work that runs itself →Not everything needs a model. Intake, invoicing, onboarding, and reporting often just need wiring, and that's the cheapest return in the building.
Hours reclaimed →Voice agents that answer every call and book the appointment, plus instant text-back on missed calls and web leads, so nothing goes to voicemail.
Always answered →When nothing off the shelf fits: document and email processing, internal copilots that answer staff questions, extraction, triage, and drafting built around how you work.
Built for you →AI is only as good as what it can reach. I connect your CRM, email, calendar, and forms, and get the underlying data into a state that's worth building on.
The unglamorous part →I map how the work really moves, follow the data, and find where AI has a genuine edge over just fixing the process.
Every opportunity scored on value and effort, with costs, returns, and risks attached, so you can decide what to fund.
I ship phase one against your real workflows, with guardrails, monitoring, and a human in the loop wherever the stakes justify it.
Measure what it actually returned, tune what drifted, then move to the next phase. Nothing expands until it's proven.
// figures based on typical engagements
I'm a software engineer who moved into AI, not a consultant who learned to write prompts. I've built production systems from the ground up. I read code, I write code, and I can tell you why an architecture will buckle before you've paid to find out.
That matters more than it sounds, because an AI system is a software system. The model is one component. What actually breaks is everything around it: how data gets in and whether it's clean, what the thing is allowed to touch, what happens on a timeout or a bad response, how you measure whether the output was right, and what it costs once it's running at real volume. Those are engineering problems, and they're where most AI projects quietly die.
You also get me for the whole engagement. The person who understood your business in week one is the same person shipping code in week six, so nothing gets handed to a junior team and re-explained. And I'll tell you when AI isn't the answer at all, because plenty of what gets pitched as an AI problem is really a process or data problem wearing a costume, and those are cheaper and faster to fix.
I automated job-status tracking and piped Autodesk Construction Cloud and Procore data into clean Power BI reporting.
I connected Jobber and GoHighLevel through Zapier and Make so no inbound lead slips through the cracks, day or night.
A multi-tenant system for farriers, giving each their own workspace for calendars, barns, horses, and clients.
